1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for hotel bookings made through Vyro Hotels. By making a booking, you agree to the refund terms described below.
2. Free Cancellation
Most Vyro partner hotels offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the check-in date. If you cancel within this window, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount, including taxes and fees. No cancellation charges will apply.
3. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded. Some premium properties may have stricter policies — these are clearly displayed at the time of booking.
4. No-Show Policy
If you fail to check in on the booking date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show. In this case, no refund will be issued. We strongly recommend cancelling in advance if your plans change.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are initiated within 24 hours of the cancellation request. The refund will be credited to the original payment method: UPI refunds typically arrive within 24-48 hours, card refunds within 5-7 business days, and net banking/wallet refunds within 3-5 business days.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply for: early check-out (subject to hotel policy), reduced stay duration, or service downgrades. Partial refund amounts are calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the booking.
7. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some bookings are marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of booking and are offered at a lower price. These bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. This will be clearly indicated before you complete the payment.
8. Refund Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you can raise a dispute within 30 days of the booking date by contacting our support team. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days. All dispute decisions by Vyro Hotels are final.
