How do I book a hotel on Vyro?
Search for your destination, select dates, choose a hotel, pick a room, and complete checkout. You'll receive instant confirmation via WhatsApp and email.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes! Go to My Bookings, select the booking, and tap "Modify." Changes are free if made 24 hours before check-in.
How do I get my booking confirmation?
All confirmations are sent instantly via WhatsApp and email. You can also view them in the My Bookings section of your account.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and mobile wallets.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 24 hours and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and are PCI-DSS compliant. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Cancellation
What is the cancellation policy?
Most Vyro hotels offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Some premium properties may have different policies — check the hotel page for details.
How do I cancel my booking?
Go to My Bookings → select the booking → tap "Cancel Booking." If eligible for free cancellation, your refund will be processed automatically.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email or phone, and we'll send you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email. Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
