By accessing or using the Vyro Hotels platform (website and mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vyro Hotels Pvt. Ltd.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using Vyro Hotels, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Bookings made through Vyro Hotels are subject to room availability and hotel acceptance. We act as an intermediary between you and the hotel. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A confirmed booking creates a binding agreement between you and the hotel property.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹). Additional charges such as early check-in, late check-out, or property damage are billed directly by the hotel. We do not store your complete card details on our servers.
Most bookings offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed at the time of booking. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 24 hours and credited within 5-7 business days. Modification requests are subject to availability.
You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful purposes, submit false or misleading reviews, attempt to bypass security measures, resell bookings for commercial gain, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform. Violations may result in account suspension.
By posting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant Vyro Hotels a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights and does not contain offensive material.
Vyro Hotels is not liable for: hotel-related disputes, service quality at partner properties, loss or damage to personal belongings, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Vyro Hotels platform are owned by or licensed to Vyro Hotels Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
